Step 1: Conduct a sensitivity test 24 hours before your first use.

Step 4: Turn on to start your 3-minute session.
Step 5: Remove your device and wipe clean.
Step 6: Store safely in the protective bag.
Yes, although the device will switch off automatically after 3-minutes because there aren't any proven claims to suggest results be better after that time.
The device is pain free. It does not generate heat during or after use, so it should not feel hot or uncomfortable.
Each Hydrogel Mask is clinically proven to enhance the anti-ageing effects of LED light therapy. The silky-smooth formula sinks seamlessly into the skin, intensely hydrating to plump and smooth fine lines and wrinkles. Apply under your eyes before each LED session to supercharge your results.
Skincare and makeup can block the light from entering the skin. We recommend using the LED eye mask on clean skin that’s free from any product.
A full charge takes 6 to 8 hours.
1. Place the device in contact with your skin. Recommended areas include the inner thigh, arm or back of the hand.
2. Turn on and complete a full session. Stop use immediately if your skin feels hot or uncomfortable.
3. Wait at least 24 hours.
4. If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you. Please contact our Customer Support team and return the device to us within 14 days for a full refund.

DO NOT use this device if you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity. If you use this device and you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity you may cause a severe skin reaction. Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various medications. These can include certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, and diuretics. If you are unsure about any medication you may be taking consult your healthcare provider. Other substances not listed above can also cause photosensitivity. Common examples of these substances are St John's Wort, Coal tar, deodorants, antibacterial soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (moth balls), petroleum products, brightening agents found in laundry detergent, and cadmium sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during tattooing.

I’ve been using this for about 10 weeks, and haven’t really noticed anything yet. I’m 65 so maybe this isn’t for me, but I’m going to keep at it. The quality is nice but it’s big. Maybe I’m wrong, but I had thought the lights were supposed to touch your skin for best results. When I tighten the straps, it touches my cheekbones and nothing else so I’m constantly holding it to try to make contact. Overall it’s a nice product, I’ll just wait and see if it works for me.
